Week 2 of working my way through Rolling Stone's top 100 albums and listening or re-listening to each one (with exceptions). #99 was Taylor Swift's Red. I hadn't listened to it in its entirety before. It's good, solid pop. Some of it is quite catchy. BUT I would have rather listened to any of the albums from 100 to 115 instead. I hope this doesn't earn me any haters!

pickI'm one read away from my goal of 100 books for 2022! Book #99 was this fascinating look at the history and geopolitical importance of the computer chip industry. The audiobook just came out in October and it's a timely read. Four stars.

pickFirst book of August! This book is a must-read. It tells of a black family in the south struggling to survive, dealing with racism and “the way things are”. Excellently done. Don‘t miss reading/listening to the Author‘s note at the end. It made me cry.
