Just a cute little fluff piece to fill in a few minutes of a lazy Saturday. There are some cute tidbits from filming of these romantic moments that I didn't know before, so not a total waste. #26-2024

A fun read about wishing to jump ahead in life so you can skip the hard parts. Thought provoking, heart warming, and a fun cast of characters. I thought this was going to end up being a grief manifestation, but it wasn‘t. Book #26 in 2024

This book is #26 in the Interstellar Brides series but can be read as a stand alone. It is a well paced Sci-Fi romance that had great characters. I actually hope we get the full story on a couple of the secondary characters. 4⭐️

Mixed feelings with this short story? Novella? This is about Scott who is losing weight without “getting thinner”. Then there are some situations with people in the community where you see prejudices, discrimination. At some point, I was lost because Mr. King is talking about other irrelevant things, at least for me. But again, the story takes another emphasis, Scott condition, the race and that end...beautiful and sad😔⬇️

Gissy (Cont.) I still liked because this is another character driven story and I love this type of stories and Mr. King is an expert on that. For me was a science fiction story not horror. 3.5/4⭐️

This is the version that I found I also had in a board book. Originally published in 1995, with illustrations by Christian Birmingham. I have quite a few versions that I love, but I think this is my favorite. The illustrations are gorgeous - soft and slightly mysterious that perfectly suits the poem. The black & white illustrations on the text pages are lovely, and the font is perfect too.

I‘d not read any of the others in this series, but despite it being #26, I was able to follow along quite easily and for the most part enjoyed this quite a bit. I did find the sex scenes rather cheesy & unnecessary (*cringe*), and the audiobook reader did fine with the exception of one particular character, in which her choice in voice was awful.
