I look forward to this author's Hanukkah stories each year. This one wasn't my favorite and felt even more cheesy than usual but I still enjoyed it. These two bond rather quickly while they're snowed in and working on finishing the MMC's grandmother's novel. But it had a moving portrayal of grief and I love a cute guy who bakes 🥧

3✨ This was a pretty cute rom com Hanukkah story. A well loved author passes away before her last book is finished. The worn down by grief heir wants to finish it for his loved one, but needs help. Bringing in help from the publishing company helps in more ways than expected.

A Hanukkah holiday story, publisher employee Abi wants to help her favorite writer meet her deadline but is waylaid by the author‘s grandson. With the author unavailable, Abi and Dov set out to finish the last in the author‘s most famous series. Corny and frustrating dialog of the getting to know you type. But the underlying story is good and Oslo the dog is pretty cute. And the food sounds delish.
