Brenna, oldest & core of the 3, has been in love with Fin since they were kids. When Cabhan's mark showed up when they were teens, showing him a descendant of the enemy, she buried her feelings, tolerating his presence as a friend. When it became clear that Fin needed to be part of their circle, Brenna was forced to put her hurt & anger aside. As they worked close to defeat Cabhan, the old love bubbled to the surface too strong to set aside again.

New to Litsy! 🙋🏻‍♀️ I started the new year finishing the last book of the Dark Witch trilogy. While it was a fun series and I enjoyed it over all, Blood Magick (#3) was a bit repetitive and predictable. I always enjoy Nora Roberts trilogies, especially ones set in Ireland. My absolute favorite by her though is a stand alone called Midnight Bayou.

The conclusion between the 3 and the dark sorcerer. I‘ve been waiting on Branna and Fin‘s story. The childhood ❤️ but broke off when the mark appear on Fin. But the most 🤦🏻‍♀️ part was Branna‘s job is always cooking and clean. Kinda repetitive throughout the story. But I kinda enjoy the history revealed. Love, friendship and family are forged in this trilogy. Overall? I enjoy this whole #trilogy #paranormal

Starting this book today, I just finished shadow spell.

Well, that about does it for me this month. I tried to squeeze in as many books as I possibly could, and though there were a few that I wanted to get to but didn‘t, I‘m still very happy with how I did. 41 books this month. That‘s a new personal best! 🎃👻🖤🔮🧟‍♂️ #MonthlyWrapUp

This wasn‘t stellar, but it was what I was expecting, so I liked it. Overall this was a fun trilogy. A definite bit of witchy fluff. Halloween escapism, and that‘s fine by me! 🖤🎃🔮

Nora Roberts!! I‘ve read sooooo many of her books, and the Dark Witch trilogy is my current Roberts‘ pick. I read book 1 last year and have been meaning to continue with book 2 for some time now.

Witches, legends, and #superstition play roles in this series by Nora Roberts. This happens to be book three and is set in Ireland. I enjoy Roberts‘ books for their escapism, taking me away from every day life. Picking this one up this morning reminded me I haven‘t read anything of hers in quite some time...I need to change that! #OctoberXFiles

Underwhelming, as they all have been. Satisfied I finished the series though.

Took me longer to read this one because I felt it was a little repetitive but towards the middle it picked up. Loved the series. Wish there was a 4th telling the story of after everything happens.

I love this cover the best but I also love the way this filter makes it look better.

Great trilogy loved it

Dropped by the bookstore today but left without purchasing anything! I've been a good girl. I feel like there are so many books I need to read first before I buy new ones (also most of the books I want are available as Kindle editions).
