1. Andrew (@tiedyedude) and I have celebrated Jólabókaflóð every Christmas Eve since we started dating in 2018. And Krampus started visiting us last year, so that's sure to be a fun tradition as well. 😁
2. I don't know yet; I'm waiting to see what I get for Jólabókaflóð, in my #stuffedstockingswap / #sss package on the 15th, and in my #naughtylistholidayswap / #nlhs on the 28th. 😄

4.5⭐️ This is a cozy picture book for kids about giving books on Christmas Eve and spending the night reading. This audiobook was well done with music and sound effects and just made what‘s already a lovely book a magical delight. There is an Icelandic tradition called johodkflood and this is a more international version of that tradition. This is a tradition that would be lovely to see families pass on or start as a new tradition for themselves.

What better book to read for #Jolabokaflod than with this book? Got this book yesterday to read tonight.

For my final #adventrecommends I choose this beautiful picture book that explains the Iceland tradition of Jolabokaflod. I loved the illustrations and information, such a neat tradition that I wished I knew about years ago. Thanks for hosting @emilyrose_x it‘s been fun looking back at my reads for the year.
