A Babbo Morto
A Babbo Morto: Una Storia di Natale | Zerocalcare
3 posts | 3 read

It looks like Zerocalcare is not a fan of cumin (the writing on the collection box says “Do something against cumin - Campaign against disgusting spices“). Funny how cumin and coriander/cilantro are so divisive...
A page of light relief in a rather depressing book 😂 This is NOT your usual feel-good Christmas story!

Lindy Love this! There‘s a person in my house who hates both cumin and coriander… to my sorrow. 8mo
Dilara @Lindy Same for me - although if I don't tell him I put some in, he usually doesn't notice... 8mo
Lindy @Dilara Sneaking some in doesn‘t work in my case. 😕 8mo
Dilara @Lindy I commiserate 😁 8mo

This graphic novel was a weird one, even for Zerocalcare's standard 😅 it's not a real Christmas story, but a strong social criticism of our times.
As usual, Zerocalcare makes you laugh, but it's so bittersweet this time..
