Hello #SheSaid! It‘s no secret that I have gotten behind this month while moving. So we do not have a book selected for January. So January will be our catch-up reading month (I need it to finish December‘s yet), and Voting for the books for 2025. I‘ll take all the nominations so far and get a Voting Poll up for you by the first. Sorry for the delay, and please enjoy your holidays and have a great New Year!

Riveted_Reader_Melissa @Singout I‘d say 90% of my physical books are moved now at least 😂. Need to move the rest and other odds and ends. I keep thinking I should slowly just buy more on kindle and not keep the physical ones… but then we get into book banning and who really has control of our digital content…and I think, maybe keep the physical books. 😂 4d
Lizpixie Will there be a Non Fiction Bingo in 2025? 3d
Riveted_Reader_Melissa @Lizpixie Yes there will, I‘m behind on posting that too though 😂 3d
Singout Oh, yay! 2d

This book is an excellent piece of investigative journalism. For sanity reasons, I rarely watch the news, so this book filled in all those details I missed surrounding the Weinstein scandal and fallout thereafter. #pulitzer

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

TrishB That‘s a very good reason not to watch the news. 2y
EvieBee @TrishB It‘s rarely good news these days 😩 2y

Had a lovely day listening to tagged book while lying in my hammock under our lilac tree. And I even got to stay in my pyjamas 😂

Please just read this. An in depth look at the journalism that went into breaking the Harvey Weinstein case, with an additional section on Christine Blasey Ford. Bless these women — the journalists and the women and who came forth to tell their stories.

The reporters who broke the Harvey Weinstein story wrote a book about their investigation and the effect it had on his victims and on other women who were harassed. Since that story broke, countless women have come forward and insisted that women shouldn‘t have to put up with such behavior.
