My favourite of the entire series 🥰
Wes and Bethany were fantastic - they're high up in the Tessa Bailey couples league, in my opinion. I also adored little Laura. It was steamy in parts, but there were only a couple of scenes, so it didn't take away from the plot. I loved it.

My favorite Tessa Bailey read? Nope. Honestly, found Wes to be a little cringe worthy but I adored Bethany and Laura. Overall, would say the Hot & Hammered series is a good one but definitely not Tessa Bailey‘s best work. #LitsyLoveReads

The Castle sibling rivalry‘s being televised on a show called Flip off between Bethany & Stephan. Bethany has no team, so West (the annoying, but hot cowboy) joins her team. Their attraction for each other increases the more time they spend together.

This 1 is my favorite out of the series. There was banter, spice, & connection. I actually liked the plot & characters‘ personality. I just wish there was more diversity in the characters.

I baked bread, set up my aero planter, listened to a great audio book and baked a small batch of peanut butter cookies this weekend. After a long couple of weeks it was nice to relax and feel productive 🥰

Today was a pretty crap day at work and I‘m really hoping everything will just blow over and be okay tomorrow but I highly doubt it…. I‘m going to listen to this cute and steamy read to drown out the worries!!

Not my favorite of this series but it was alright. I think some of her guy mcs have the same personality at times. Still pretty good and glad to have finished it! #bookspinbingo

Bethany is a control freak and all of a sudden she has thrown her own world out of control. Ending in a feud with her brother to flip the best house how did she only end up with one man on her team, and why is it Wes a man younger and hotter than she needs in her life? This isn't my favorite in Tessa Bailey's hot and hammered series but it was a fun read and I enjoyed the banter between the two and his cute niece didn't ruin the romance either!

Least favorite from the series so far. Wes just was too cocky and arrogant right from the get-go. Loved Lauren and her optimism despite knowing her mom was a work in progress and that her Uncle Wes and Bethany were steadfast in their commitment to her and not parental replacements. I did enjoy getting updates from characters from the first two books, but just didn't really like Wes & Bethany.

Better than Fix Her Up but I‘m just not into the possessive guy thing. It‘s not cute.

Eye catching cover. I‘ve read the other two in the series and liked so let‘s hope this one holds up.

3rd in the Hot and Hammered series. Switched from audiobook to ebook when the Texas accent the narrator was attempting just didn‘t work for me. Picturing my favorite Texas characters/people worked better for me. This book was a fun enemies to lovers story that was 🔥🔥🔥

I had been struggling with this audiobook. The narrator‘s version of a male Texas accent just wasn‘t working for me. I switched to the Kindle version and it helped, but it still wasn‘t right. Than I started picturing the character as Tim Riggins (Friday Night Lights) and now it‘s perfection.

Finished my last book of my goals in the #MarvellousMarch readathon last night! This was a fun book. I really loved to see the personal growth of Bethany from trying to always show perfection on the outside. I loved to see Wes go from a very temporary person to wanting to stick for his niece and for Bethany. 👇

I started this book yesterday evening and am already halfway through it. It is such a fun, fast paced read and I keep finding myself smiling as I read.
On another note, @AmyG I got a package from you this weekend and wanted to let you know. I haven't opened it yet because I'm thinking of waiting for my birthday next week. 😊 But I wanted to say an early thank you! ❤

Finished my first #JoyousJanuary book and started a new one. Day one mostly complete however I‘m sure to read a few more pages before I pass out, I mean go to sleep.

A woman sets out on her own from a family business and ends up with a man who she relies on. I guess they fall in love.

First in the series was my favorite, though the third is better than second. I liked the storyline involving the niece and how Wes really grew into the parental role. Bethany‘s insecurities felt real if exaggerated. The epilogue felt very rushed, having to catch up with all the couples and side characters in an uncomfortable hurry.

Fun fluff with a happy ending for all.

I loved everything about this book. The reality show competition was fun. I loved Wes‘ and Bethany‘s character development throughout the story.

Parts of this book really irritated me. Like don‘t be unrealistic about legal matters and for goodness sakes the timeline! Don‘t try that at home folks. But I did really love Bethany. I think a lot of people could really relate to the way her brain works.

I loved the first two books in this series and was excited to read the next one. While reading the other two books you got to know Bethany and Wes and I wanted to read their book right away. I loved how Wes stepped up and took care of his niece and how Bethany fell in love with her. Loved the sparks that flew between the two of them.

Today‘s #bookmail plus a bonus tote! I‘m guessing the bag is an apology because this book was late getting to me (which was totally unnecessary but I appreciate it!). The Ripped Bodice was great about getting me my books even with the delay (Well Played was the first to arrive). This one is already on my #bookspin for October!

Finished both my audiobook and ebook last night, so starting two books today. I am reading an ARC of the next Tessa Bailey and the audiobook is a re-read of The Deal. I seem to just want to re-read favorites through audio lately.

Another great romance novel from Tessa Bailey. This one focuses on Wes and Bethany and their very steamy antagonist to romantic relationship that develops as they work on a flip together.

I thought Bethany's struggles with perfectionism were super relatable, and I thought her romance with Wes was very well done.

Yes! The third in this series does not disappoint! This made me laugh out loud, brought tears to my eyes, and made me fan myself because this was hot hot hot! I loved that Wes stood his ground and proved he would be there and I was overjoyed that there wasn‘t any kind of crazy issue that threw a wrench into the works. And good job Bethany for recognising your issues and taking charge of how you wanted to change. Loved this!!!

Bethany and Wes are complete and total opposites in this hate-to-love story and that is what makes them such a good match. She's the small town equivalent of Mary Poppins, practically perfect in every way. He is the new-to-town rodeo cowboy from Texas who was born to run. But when they reluctantly team up on a renovation project the walls they're hiding behind start to come down and they find themselves building more together than just a house.
