20/50. #readingUSA2019. This one was a great story about a great dog in the White Mountains of New Hampshire.
so-soSerial Reader got some Robert Frost and I remember liking his poetry as a kid so I gave this a shot. There are a handful of poems that are real gems, but a lot of this is aggressively not for me. I wanted to really like it, but at times it felt just tedious and rambling and was seriously a chore to read. The good stuff was really good, but not enough of it was that good.
