Loved this book. I couldn't put it down & it had a great plot.

Great series. Interesting crimes, strong characters with a tough woman heroine. Definitely keep movi g right to the end and sets you up for the next book.

I had high expectations after her other book, Lie to Me.

When I picked this up, I couldn't put it down. I thought I knew how it would end, and that disappointed me. How could it be so easy! I was wrong. And I couldn't have been happier! Looking forward to the next book in the series.

Little over halfway through this. Definitely will finish tonight. So far I'm loving it. I'm a huge mystery/thriller fan. Ice cold beer is also something I'm a huge fan of. 🍻📚

So it's pretty much like this book was written with me in mind - solid mystery/thriller ✔️, set in a location I'm really familiar with because I grew up there ✔️, kept me up past my bedtime ✔️. I love how Ellison describes the area and the people. I'm for sure going to get working on the rest of the series. P.S she also has a good Instagram account.
