pickThis was an interesting book, very dark, and not too many characters to keep track of.
A prophecy is given to return a queen to rule, but the king kills all of his female relatives except his favorite sister. When she gives birth to twins, the witness for the new prophecy arrives and works with another magic user to hide the female twin as a male-at the cost of her brother‘s life. Ghosts, corruption, and magic make this a good read.
