Sweet, hot, and yummy

This has been in my iPad for a while and once started it was a fairly fast read. I loved Finn and Pru's relationship. They both really balanced each other out and were quick on the dialogue and flirting but real enough to admit when they mess up and apologize to each other about it which a nice change from other reads. A solid 4 stars.

And just like that, less than 24 hours later, I‘m done!

March 10: #MarchInBooks best man characters; it‘s was really really hard to narrow this one down but I chose the men from the Heartbreaker Bay series. They are all very swoon worthy but also very real and flawed and completely unforgettable and that‘s what I love about them! #bookboyfriends

Currently Read and Just Finished! 📚❤️🙌

This story is based on the premise of "a secret that could destroy everything" which is probably my least favorite trope. But it's Jill Shalvis, and this is very much one of her stories ?? I think the secret part of the story dragged on for too long. Aside from that, I laughed out loud several times and the supporting characters are great. I'll reread this.

THIS is the type of story that I want when I need a break from the real world. #romantsy

Another great book from Shalvis, even if I am reading these out of order. I loved the characters and the problem was a bit forced to me, even if it made sense for them. Still a great read and a reminder of why I love the male characters in her books. They may be alphas but they completely respect the agency of the women in their lives. #romantsy

Ahh-maz-ing ! 😍☄ It a laugh-out-loud charming romance that sweeps you off your feet. It gets your heart racing , your emotions running and damn if it doesn't steal your heart. I loved Finn and Pru and can't wait for the next Heartbreaker Bay novel !

"It was nineties night. This required copious amounts of glitter, which apparently is like the STD of craft supplies. Once you use it without protection, you can't get rid of it. " Pru looked down at herself. "Ever."

He looked right into her eyes and smiled back. "Yeah. Beautiful."
And then he kissed her, hard, hot, and quite thoroughly.

Romance novels are perfect to help cure my book hangover after reading Crooked Kingdom and Alexander Hamilton.
This was a cute, light, fluffy read. Perfect for my stressful week! I will probably read the rest of the series at some point.

A quiet morning with my book.

I enjoyed this quick, funny read. Light and entertaining but with enough depth to keep it interesting-the perfect book to read on a plane! ⭐️⭐️⭐️

I really liked the group of characters and the main character Finn, but I just couldn't enjoy the other main character, Pru. I really don't enjoy books where a character keeps a HUGE secret from another...the whole book. I also did not enjoy the narrorator at all.

Sweet romantic read - perfect for beach reading!
