1.Tagged book is current read.I promised myself that I would use my 2 weeks vacation to read my doorstopper nonfiction.Instead,I discovered this...fairly Bgrade paranormal series and have binged it!🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️
2.North and South! And all of Satyajit Ray's literary adaptations.
3.Im going to read The Dig because the movie trailer looks so interesting!
Not my usual genre and definitely not my usual paranormal creature (sorry guys I just don‘t like vampires) but I throughly enjoyed this book. I love the over arching storyline that apparently connects the whole series together. Sebastian was a sweetheart, it has it‘s annoying bits but overall I enjoyed it. Also my bff is reading again and that makes me happy, i‘ll be buddy reading the whole series w/ her as she bought me the complete set haha.
Far from my normal genre, but once long ago (in highschool) I actually read a ton of romance, but never paranormal romance, I‘m a historical romance kind of gal. This series is actually my best friends favorite & she sent this to me & last night we decided to do a buddy read of it. We have about 40 pages left haha. I‘m just glad she is reading again. And surprisingly enough I am enjoying this, even if it‘s vampires and I don‘t like vampires haha.
Okay, these books are dumb. But they are also fun and I'm enjoying the Fated Mates podcast so I'll keep going. I'm glad the heroine was physically stronger this time around. While there was still some not great stuff happening consent wise at least power dynamics weren't as skewed.
