A snapshot of the lives of three women; one Indian, one Sicilian and one Canadian. Their lives are entirely different, they never meet, yet a connection slowly emerges. A short, sweet story.

This was a quick read but one that will linger. The author weaves together the narratives of three different women as each must grapple with her own personal crisis.
It's Saint Nicholas' Day and in Germany you get a small present and chocolate stuck in your (hopefully cleaned) shoes. Obviously, my present did not fit into my shoe. 😁
A dear friend from Austria, who's not on Litsy, sent cat treats, tea, the tagged book, chocolate covered gingerbread, postcards with sayings from Vienna, and yarn (colour is called Remus Lupin #PotterHead).
