I love the film version of The Fountain, and I thought the graphic novel was phenomenal. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Squeezing in a little reading time before bed so I can finally get this one started.

#Bookmail I've been wanting to try a graphic novel. The Fountain is one of my favorite films so I decided to start with this one. The cover artwork is beautiful.

This is absolutely, hands down, the most beautifully illustrated graphic novel I've read. Kudos to illustrator Kent Williams!! It's an accompaniment to Aronofsky's film of the same name & is the story of one couple's eternal love. I borrowed this from a friend but it's so beautiful that I'm tempted to pay secondary market prices to have a copy of my own. (It doesn't seem to be in print any longer.)
