I have several books by this author, thanks to @EadieB who introduced me to him. This was a great story with twists and turns, as the protagonist tries to unravel the story of her birth and of her mother.

Robert Goddard is one of my favorite authors and I have many but I have chosen him because he does not disappoint. I would have to thank @Andrew65 for introducing me to him. You should try him! I think you will like him too! Pale Battalions is a good introduction!
