So excited to finally have vol 2 because now I can read 3&4!! I love the mashups at the beginning especially teen wolf meets Jem. Like hella 80s awesomeness!!!!
Still loving the inclusivity of it too- I love Aja and Stormer the best!

I couldn‘t put this down!!!! I love Jem! This brings me back to my childhood ❤️❤️ I need to get the others soon!

With this and a few other examples Im realizing that I tend to like the villains better in most things...Jem is great..but the Misfits were rad! With vol.2 of this comic it has my blessing. Not quite my Jem but its nice revisiting something I loved so much as a kid.

Two more weeks of school mean it's not time for a #bookandbeachtowel yet, but here are a few things I'd love to lay around with when I get a chance. As a follow-up to yesterday's review, this is book two of the series which I picked up at Free Comic Book Day this year. I haven't read it yet, but I'm excited to get to it. One of the things I like about these books is that each of them has a great #ColorfulCover.

Today's #FCBD #haul. I hit three different places, so I was even able to pick up some for Toddlersaurus. 😊 Excited to get to flip through these!

I liked the story, but I didn't like how each issue had a different artist. At one point the drawings seemed to be rushed. I miss Sophie Campbell's work.

I loved this volume even more than the first. The dialogue is authentic. I was very impressed with the writing. The artwork is phenomenal.

I struggle to chose a favorite, but Aja takes this volume for me. I love her hair.

I am excited about volume three. I'm going to buy and read it ASAP.

I 💜💗💙 this series so much - the colors are amazing and I love the characters.

This series wasn't totally grabbing me in the beginning, being a huuuge fan of the original, but I'm really glad I went back to it. It's also the first series where I've really enjoyed seeing the shifts in artists w/out it disrupting the story. Sophie Campbell is still my fave, though.

I'm absolutely in love with this series. I've never seen the original tv show but this series makes me want to. The art and writing is fantastic. The diversity and body positivity is really great too.
