so-soPacing: excellent, Writing: excellent; Premise: horrifying. 😆 an addictive series that shows you just how bad things really could be in the far future 😵🤯😆 also the narration changed for the male lead between books 1 and 2 which is annoying, and I preferred book 1. ⭐️⭐️⭐️💫
so-so163 of 2021. I enjoyed the first book in this series Across the Universe. This one was just okay for me. Some of the secrets revealed were meh and didn‘t seem very plausible. ⭐️⭐️⭐️
pickI have never been a fan of space related text but I have found my exception. I have NEVER read the series like this. You are immediately trusted on this thrill ride like no other. It constantly keeps your guessing who is the culprit and what going to happen next in is not so futuristic setting.
So I haven't read this one yet (I've only read the first book so far and that was years ago) but I remember I'm enjoying it). I found this hardback few months ago for a few dollars at the secondhand store and it's just so beautiful. Love the colours 😍💖
Finally got actual books to add to my home library
pickI didn't know if I was going to enjoy this one as much as Across the Universe but at around 30%, I just couldn't put the book down. I actually ended up staying up until 4am today to finish it. I think I would say I enjoyed this one more. Now I just need to get my hands on the third book.
pickI liked this one more than the first. So much going on! And I do love a good cliffhanger. :-)
