AARON MY BABY 😭
5⭐ I got to know and love warner. It was very good and it made me want to read the whole series this time with all it's parts because the first time I read the main parts of the story which was still only 3 parts (Shatter Me, Unravel Me and Ignite Me) this time I'll read everything to get the full picture.
A Shatter Me novella from Warners POV after Juliet has escaped sector 45 compound. Warner is devastated about Juliet escaping because he loves her.
This novella was an enjoying read. It progressed Warner‘s character compared to the first one. It also nicely transitioned into the second book, which I liked. It was a bit slow at first, but then picked up half way through.
Book 1.5, I read this one too because it was at the end of the library book. It‘s actually somewhat more compelling and cohesive than Shatter Me. Showing Warner‘s perspective & his obsession with Juliette.
It added to the story, but we‘re making excuses for a lot of bad behavior here.
This is really 1.5 in the series. Novella length so a quick read. Happens between books 1 and 2 and it‘s told in Warner‘s POV. I found this to be a great fill in and set up for book 2 which I‘m starting next. Love this dystopian world this author has crafted.
A short read that took me a while because of other books. This is a novella for Warner. He is a favorite of mine so I enjoyed this book. It depicts the battles he faces with himself after being injuried in the first book. It also give you an insight into why he is the way he is. As well as interactions with his father to show their relationship.
I loved seeing Warner‘s POV. I like him as a character even though he is actually a psychopath. 9/10
It‘s nice to get some insight into Warner, and to understand what he found so alluring about Juliette.
I almost different read this novella because I didn‘t like Warren at all in the first book. He was just an evil person who acted like he didn‘t care about anyone but himself. I still think he is evil but it seems like he is starting to get a heart. Can‘t wait to see were this goes!
This is my second completed book in the #24b4monday readathon!
I didn't want this one to end! I'm starting the next one immediately I need to read more about Warren!!!
Rhis is what I'm reading this weekend! What is everyone else reading? @MonthlyBookClub

I always find it fascinating to glimpse a little of the “villain‘s” mind. Though Warner is not necessarily evil. And his character is much more interesting than Adam‘s. I never liked Adam - he‘s too good to be true.
Shatter Me #1.5. It comes directly after Shatter Me, before Unravel Me. You must read these in order! This is a GENIUS novella I think because while Warner is a total villain in the first book, a really awful guy: the author gives his backstory here and humanizes him. He is not so different from Juliette, really. And his actions make a little more sense!! THIS is where my grasp on who the good guy/bad guy is started to wobble some in this series!!
I really enjoyed this novella. In the first book Warner was made out to be the villain. And in this novella, you got to see a whole other side to him, and see why he is the way he is. Now I get to start Unravel Me!! Super stoked to see where this author will lead my imagination to!
Now i understand Warner so much more. Now i see Everything he went trough and suffer at the hands of his father. I been inside his mine and heart. Now i love him. i see how he really feels for Juliette. that he really do love her and are not just using her as a weapon. I hope she notice this soon.♥️❤
Interesting novella that picks up the story right after Shatter Me from another POV. It was really cool to see the character in a different light.
Look here... I don‘t know what tf is going on? Am I supposed to hate this man or not? Idk 😐 but what I do know is that I will be continuing this series tonight after I do some adulting.
C - 8 very interesting character arc and also the snippets from Juliette‘s diary
A - 7 the world building was a bit more interesting because this character knows more
W - 7 it was definitely a different tone than from Juliettes POV
P - 5 not much happened really
I - 8 was interested in this character more and more
L - 9 nothing illogical
E - 8 Enjoyed this insight into Warner‘s mind
Total 52/70; Ø 7,42 - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Read this while waiting for my Goodreads to load. Had to screenshot it.
In Shatter Me Juliette escaped from The Reestablishment by seducing Warner and then putting a bullet in his shoulder but he is not easy to get rid of and he is still obsessed with Juliette as ever.
This book gives way to much information, so if you don't like spoilers maybe should save it for last.
This novella was the perfect insight into Warner that I wanted (and needed). I wish I had read it immediately after shatter me, because this was just as great as the rest of the series, something that a lot of novellas don't achieve.
