Such a powerful and truthful quote❤️

"I feel like a lot of women—and this is definitely true of me—can be as strong as they want to be, can play this powerful role, but at the end of the day, after we‘ve done our work and made our money and taken care of everyone else, we want someone to hold us tight and tell us everything‘s going to be okay"

Omg this book brought every emotion out of me. I laughed, cry, smile and even hated parts of it. Grace pissed me off more times I can count. But towards the end I felt my heart break for them and even started to cry. I don't think I'm ready to start the next book yet. I need to recover from this rollercoaster. But I will definitely read it.

I can see why so many say its like twilight and although it has many similarities to me this one is so much better. It's been a while since last time I got so invested in the series that I started the next book right away but is happening now. And I'm so excited to continue 🤗

I heard so much about this book. Everyone talking about how amazing it was and how it will break your heart. I try to like it, I really did but maybe I'm just too old for it. Maybe is more for a younger audience because the mom in me was just cringing all the time. It was basically a story about two 15 year old obssessed (in love) with each other. 😮‍💨

😮‍💨 Second book I read by this author and I'm still not a fan. I guess he is not the author for me. I was so excited to read this book and was disappointed by it. It was slow and boring. There was only like 10 minutesof action where book got interesting. And then went back to being boring.

What did i just read? This book is crazy. The main characters Both were insane and in need of help. This book was like a teen version of the show you. I dont know how i feel about it to be honest. I couldn't put it down but i hated every character. Just wanted to know who will win at the end. I also feel like so much was missing. Maybe there will be a part two.

This was my first book by this author and althoughi didnt hated it, i also didnt love it. Maybe I read too much thrillers becaise the twist at the end wasnt shocking to me. It was so predictable. Like i said i didnt hated it but i wanted more from this story.

I see so many people screaming about how this book is just a waste of time. I see it differently. It is a filler. It tells you the story about how each character is trying to adjust to life after the war. Yes, it's not action-packed, but I was still entertained by it.

4/5⭐️

KateReadsYA I feel the same. I really enjoyed this one as well. 2y
TheHungryBookworms @KateReadsYA It was a nice little break from all the fight and the war. It was nice to see them somewhat happy. Even though they had some struggles. 2y

So I don't know how to feel about this book. It was kind of predictable. It is filled with cliché storyline. Revenge, broken friendship, dead parents, abusive partner, stalker etc. It wasn't terrible, but I was expecting more due to the hype. It was simply meh for me. Maybe I'll continue with the series. Maybe I won't. I'm not sure, but right now, I'm going to stay away from it for a bit.

I enjoyed this book. It reminded me a bit of The Grace Years' book, which I also loved. I requested this book through netgally because of all the reviews I seen and I was scared that it wouldn't live up to the hype, but to me, it did. It was creepy, scary, and gory. All the things i love in a book. I would read more of this author book.

ElizaMarie I can see how this would be a #DNF book. I enjoyed it but... it took a bit part of me to muster through some of it, then it would get better, then a lull and then better. But I was determined! Ha. Hope your next book choice is a great one! 2y

This was cute. I found myself rolling my eyes with some interactions between Bee and Levi, but that's OK. The story was good enough to keep me invested. I don't read much romance, but I enjoyed this one and also enjoyed the love hypothesis. I might check more of her work soon.

I honestly don't even know where to start. I grabbed this second installment because I need it to know what would happen to addy and if Zade will be able to save her. But I was so annoyed with the main characters pretty much half of the book. It was like oh hey we are about to die, let's have crazy violent sex. Smdh. It was like a train wreck but the more you wanted to look away you just couldn't. Lol.

It has been a while since a book has grabbed me the way this book did. I didn't even want to go to bed because I needed to know what was going to happen next. This book was captivating and creepy. The unexpected twist at the end caught me surprised. It was a wild ride, and I enjoyed every minute of it. This is my first book by this author, and I can't wait to read more of his work.

So I have mixed feelings about this one. The book drew me in from the beginning. It was a nice concept, and it kept me guessing. I kind of figure who the killer was, though. I loved the character, and it was hard to decide who I wanted to win here. It started great, but as it went on, there was missing information. I found myself questioning things I never got the answer to.The ending felt rushed. And the story was left incomplete for me.

I swear, it‘s like this whole town is one huge Monopoly board, and after you died, someone came along and picked up the board and scrambled all the pieces around.
This book was very emotional. My heart went out to every single character, which one way or another was grieving the loss of a loved one. I would definitely recommend this book!

"Dont be afraid of death; be afraid of an unlived life. You dont have to live for ever, you just have to live."

So it might be kind of a unpopular opinion because I see how much people love this book but I just wasnt a fan of it. I didnt like how jesse reacted to winnie. I didnt like that the family let her sacrifie herself. I didnt like the ending.

Ps. I knew who the villan was from the start. It didnt fool me one bit. Well maybe a tiny bit at first but i uspected. Lol

All the questions being answer and we about to have this amazing big war but it wasnt as good as i expected. It actually ended rather quickly. Wrath and Emilia were constantly having sex. Like cmon we get it you are crazy about each other. Dont get me wrong i enjoy the spicy scenes but it didnt need to be in every chapter.
