Such a fun book! I love the excitement about reading and the humor in this short and sweet middle grade/high school book.

Review
This is a story of a summer in which three young friends decide to draw attention to reading (and a favorite novel) by means of a prank. I don't like pranks. This one is fairly harmless, as pranks go. Ultimately, it is a book that I think many junior high students who enjoy reading would enjoy. I won't say more, so that I don't spoil the fun.
Makes me want to live in a small town and pull some fun pranks like this
#TBRtemptation post 5! Lucy, Elena, and Michael are thrilled to find TKAM on their summer reading list! Not everyone shares their enthusiasm though. So they hatch a plan to get everyone in town talking about the book. They make people think copies are missing, they start a website. And they succeed--so well that they start a mini-revolution in the name of books. #blameLitsy #blameMrBook 😎
I know it's not Thursday, but this showed up in my Facebook memories, so here's a #ThrowbackTuesday post (it's a thing; I promise): I Kill the Mockingbird is a great YA read about a group of teens who want their classmates to get excited about reading TKAM, so they hide ALL the copies of the books and leave signs in their place claiming to have "killed the mockingbird." This was a fun, quick read!
Best book this month was I Kill the Mockingbird by far.
A YA novel about 3 young teens trying to honor their late, great English teacher Fat Bob. It's a quick, funny read with quirky characters and some depth about the serious illness of a parent. Best: it encourages young readers to think critically about books and what makes them "great." Or not.
This book was a quick read and just overall awesome. With a hint of Frindle, three kids decide to try to get everyone they know to read To Kill A Mockingbird. Really amazing, insightful Middle Grade readers book but with lots of humour for bookish adults. 5/5
I love this. I love this BOOK.
Be prepared to get spammed by quotes from this Middle Readers book. It's super poignant and I love it already.
😂😂😂😂😂
"What would Fat Bob do?"
Just getting started but I am hooked!
