pickThis is a reluctant pick. For me, the book was a page turner. However, I didn‘t really like Lark in either life. But, I kept reading because I was enjoying the story. So....it falls more to the pick than so-so.

So, this is next up. I‘m intrigued by the premise of parallel words. I mean, as a fan of The Flash where at least 54 Earths have been mentioned ..... this is nothing 🙂
1: I'll be 67 in March
2: I've lived through 8 Presidencies
3: I have/had 7 siblings (6 girls, 1 boy) of which only 3 are still living
4: I've been a voracious reader since I could read my first sentences from Dick and Jane
5: I grew up in southern Minnesota
6: in 1968 we had so many blizzards, school was closed for 2 weeks. We procured groceries with snowmobiles
7: I once worked at a dairy farm
8: I've worked in 2 college libraries

I want to say right up front that I‘m very grateful that @dariazeoli gave me this book, so please don‘t hate me for my tepid rating. This is a well-written book by an excellent writer, but given the fact of my status as an #oldasdirtlitten, my opinion is perhaps shaded by my age. It is a YA book by genre, but that doesn‘t preclude my liking of it. The premise is the question of parallel lives, and the consideration of the choice ⬇️

2. I want to complete #Booked2019, as it will be my first big challenge from Litsy. 📚
3. Best thing just might be joining Litsy for me...I‘m not trying to be saccharine about this—it‘s completely selfish, because Litsy helps me get out of myself. Worst thing is just not worth mentioning. 😐
