pickIt‘s been a long week of remote teaching, it‘s gone better than I thought but I‘ve been exhausted. Somehow I still finished Honor Bound, which was a crazy space adventure even more so than the first book. I also splurged and got a sub to #owlcrate and this book sleeve came this month! ❤️ love it!

pickThis book continues where book 1 leaves off. I liked learning about the Sliver. So far, I feel there is a really good balance of technology to storyline here, and the characters are really interesting. I‘m looking forward to finishing the trilogy with Honor Lost.
pickZara, Zara, Zara, she seems to make a ton of choices for everyone in this story & I wish that there had been more input from the other characters. They‘re all intelligent beings but she seems to have ALL the answers, just wish there was more there. I did love that this story included a heist, that was fun! Another spectacular piece to this story were the alien species included. How utterly creative are these authors??! I loved it all!
pickI don't know what to think. I liked it but I still think that it has no plot twist. It is just so linear... And when they have a problem that makes me say "finally!!!!" it is solved in less than a chapter. I like the story and the characters, but I think these books need a twist. And I hope that if the third one has that twist, it is not reduced to a conflict between humans please and thank you. It is better than the first one, but I need... More.
I am loving this story but I feel like it has no plot twist. Idk, I like it but it's just not enough.
Why has my library not gotten this book in yet??? It came out two weeks ago. I‘m chomping at the bit!
Another book 2. I wonder if it will have as many spelling mistakes as book one. (Or am I getting my book cover series mixed up)? I think I do. This is Caine and Aguirre so that doe t sound. Correct.
