Today's lunch & #soupersundays blog post, my version of Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall's Smoked Fish, Leek & Potato Chowder (aka 'Cullen Skink' in Scotland).😉Really good. With this NetGalley #ARC that I've been attempting to read for about a month now-but I'm only 1/2-way through it. Not the book's fault, it's a (so-far) enjoyable cozy mystery, just very little time to read & books for review & book club keep jumping in. 📚😬📚

Herschelian Live part of each year in a Scottish fishing village, and have to say that although that soup looks delicious it looks nothing like Cullen Skink which is a classic Scottish soup. 6y
DebinHawaii @Herschelian I'll let you take that up with Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall & his team at River Cottage Cookery School in the U.K..😉It's my variation of their variation of a cullen skink from their website, so I'm not calling it authentic--but I will call it very good. 😆 6y
