


This was a cute travelogue, chronicling comedian Audrey Murray's trip through part of the former USSR, with a focus on both the people she meets and her experiences. I knew next to nothing about the countries visited (except Russia) so hearing about the vast differences in the "Stans" was very interesting. Two grating things about the book: how unprepared Audrey seemed and how, at 29, she was still a bit like an entitled American traveler taking⬇️
