BarbaraBB I loved Satanic Verses too as you know (saving it for another prompt 😉). I still need to read Moby Dick. It seems like a boring read so I‘m very glad to see you loved it!! 4y

We were divided about this stark portrayal of a jealous mind. Accurate take on what jealousy can do to us or dry and unrealistic? Give it a listen and you decide. #1001books #soundcloud #googleplay #applepodcasts.

Crazeedi Thanks for the post, I'm going to check this out 6y
Liz_M This was one of my favorite books that I would never have heard of without the list. I LOVED the format and was impressed with how much story could be told through what I think of as "stage directions"! 6y

My first #passportlitsy #bookmail arrived! Jealousy is set in Gabon, translated from French, and tells the story of a jealous husband who spies on his wife through the Venetian blinds. 👀

Pickpick

I started off not liking this book. I only kept reading because it was a #LMPBC book and I felt "I oughta". Well I'm glad I did! Once I started settling into the cadence and started seeing the point, I was hooked. I love these types of forays into the psyche of someone like this (I'm trying to not provide any spoilers), and thought Grillet did an admirable job with his narrator's mental processes. My recommendation: reach p 25 before walking away!
