pickI seem to have a thing for collage-y picture books at the moment, and this one definitely fits the bill - love the pictures! The text is an super-enthusiastic (and repetitive) lead-up to a birthday - what season will it be, what will we eat, who shall I invite...? I imagine it‘d be great fun to read aloud for the first 10 times...

Today (in the library), a child asked me what my name was. I asserted, with confidence, that it was Tallulah Finklefoot. We repeated it to one another, back-and-forth a few times. Ultimately, I convinced him.
Here‘s what 33 means to me:
