In Kevin Hearne‘s Iron Druid series, Atticus has an Irish Wolfhound, Oberon, who‘s always hungry.
A fun novella set in Kevin Hearne‘s Iron Druid world starring Irish Wolfhound Oberon. And it earned me the non-human MC badge for #readingrush2019.
Book 3 for #readingrush 67 pages today/546 total

I opted for the tagged book because I got The Plague of Giants through Page Habit. 😀
Came across this while searching for the Iron Druid books. A spin-off series featuring dog detectives? The Squirrel on the Train? I think I need this in my life more.
How can you NOT love Oberon? If it wasn‘t for him, I would have stopped listening to Druid Chronicles ages ago. Where Atticus annoys the hell out of me, Oberon is the complete opposite. Maybe it‘s because he‘s a dog and just takes the world as it is, I‘m not sure, all I know is I love him and I really hope we get more shorts from his POV.
Another delightful Iron Druid tale from Oberon‘s point of view. A quick and easy read that could be a stand alone to the series.
(I finished this in the car while my kids went sledding. Mom of the year!)
Zero approves of Oberon.
There's just something so wonderful reading a mystery from an Irish Wolfhound's point of view involving one of my favorite characters:Atticus. Another joyful book.
This beauty came in the mail today!!!
“I do not understand why humans tend to fear clowns more than squirrels. Atticus says it‘s probably all Stephen King‘s fault...” 🤡 🐿
Barbershop reading while I wait for my boys.
Goodness I love Kevin Hearne. This was delightful as always. I'm sad that the Iron Druid books are ending in January, and hope that we at least get to keep these short stories going. My life won't be the same without Oberon in it :)
