🤓📚🖋🍽 #5forDinner
Sooo overdue!! Eeek!🙊
Thank U @mrozzz for tagging me- I'm finally getting around to finalizing my seating chart! Ha!😉
-Allende & Zafón wrote 2 of my all time fav 📚's & are 2 of my top Latin Am. authors.💘
- I'd 💓 to talk all things Rizzoli&Isles w/ Gerritsen!
- Pessl's 'Night Film' was a fabulous mind fu$% but I STILL have questions about that ending!😲
- Samuelson's is my fav chef memoir, plus I'd 💓 for him to cook!😋
Still really working on this whole more than one picture at a time thing... thanks @Wbabdullah for the tag. I‘m really slow but here are my #5fordinner authors: Eddie Huang, Meg Elison, Mohsin Hamid, Shigeru Mizuki, and Nnedi Okorafor.
I was tagged by @KirstieE and @KarenUK to pick five authors to have at a dinner party. I feel like there would be a lot of conversations about strong females at this table. 😊
🌟Maya Angelou
🌟Joss Whedon
🌟Malala Yousafzai
🌟J.K. Rowling
🌟Jane Austen
I'm tagging @Pruzy @DGRachel @OrangeMooseReads @CouronneDhiver @kylienoele @FictionFox @Robothugs and anyone else who wants to play! 🍽 #FiveForDinner #5ForDinner
I wanted another dinner date! Can u blame me? The previous dinner date had a lot of testosterone, this one is estrogen-amplified! Plus I got tagged 2x-thx for the tag @Simona. My #5fordinner 2.0 are Angie Thomas, Renee Watson, Stephanie Meyer, J.K. Rowling, and the late Octavia Butler, who I met as a child and was simply a wonderful human being! #femalepower
Tag! You're it! @Smrloomis @RestlessFickleBookSlut @steverogers @julesG @beachbookworm7
Thanks for the tag @jdtchicago --here are my #5fordinner. All of these authors are deceased but I've enjoyed every minute I've spent with them in books: Ray Bradbury, C.S.Lewis, Emily Dickinson, Henry David Thoreau, and William Shakespeare. I think we'd be served some very deep philosophical conversation on the nature of this world for dinner.
Tag! You're it! @Smrloomis @RestlessFickleBookSlut @steverogers @julesG @beachbookworm7
#5ForDinner
Thanks for the tag, @jdtchicago !
1. Virginia Woolf
2. Truman Capote
3. Emily Dickinson
4. Lord Byron
5. Charlotte Bronte
We would all have to meet at Dickinson's house as she would refuse to go out. Capote and Bronte would both have the immediate hots for Byron (as would I), and Woolf and Dickinson would bond over their shared disgust at the party's hijinks.
Want to play? Consider yourself tagged by me!
#5fordinner - authors, that is. 😉 Thanks for the tag @jdtchicago . This was fun, but tough.
JD Salinger (though he would never have agreed to it)
Kurt Vonnegut
David Sedaris
Mary Karr
Anthony Bourdain
Who would you choose?? I'd love to see your answers! @Jess7 @vivastory @saresmoore @OrangeMooseReads @Cinfhen and anyone else who would like to share.
#5fordinner - I'd invite (limited loosely to authors in this case!)
1. Oscar Wilde
2. Jon Stewart
3. Ernest Shackleton
4. Kurt Vonnegut
5. Neil deGrasse Tyson
Thanks for the tag, jdtchicago! This was fun - and very difficult!
#5fordinner - who would you invite?
1 Sylvia Plath
2 Dorothy parker
3 Philip Roth
4 Flannery O'Connor
5 Charles Bukowski
