T is for Trespass is another great installment of the Alphabet series by Sue Grafton. Kinsey Millhone‘s elderly neighbor is injured during a fall prompting her to offer assistance and engage the help of family. Meanwhile, a sociopath is stealing the identity of Solana Rojas so that she can work private caregiving jobs and take advantage of the elderly.

As seems to be the pattern for me lately this one was slow going for the first half and then the second half flew by. It was my #doublespin book for December. One of Kinsey‘s elderly neighbours (not Henry!) has a fall and ends up the victim of a elderly care scammer. I enjoyed the change from a regular murder mystery, I just wish it hadn‘t taken me so long to engage with the story.

Ooops, that‘s my December #doublespin and I do not have 12 hours free to read right now! I hope the next reader is less tardy than me & I get it back before the end of the month, or at least before I‘ve forgotten the plot.

I think this is my favorite so far. I loved the different point of views which included Kinsey as well as the villain. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Getting close to the end of the series. This one is convoluted and complicated, dealing strongly with elder abuse and health care crimes. An outstanding plot and some fascinating characters and crimes. Kinsey‘s neighbors and neighborhood are featured, with some outstanding personalities.

I do love this series, although this one isn‘t my favourite because I‘m not great with stories where old men are not being treated properly. Great baddie though.

I need a relaxing read so I‘m treating myself to an unread Kinsey.

This series always acts as a pallet cleanser for me. I love Kinsey and the books are always entertaining. This story focuses on her elder neighbor Gus who hires a private nurse, Solana Rojas, who turns out to be a con artist with a dangerous past. Kinsey finds herself going toe-to-toe with Solana. Despite the relatively simple story, the tension was excellent. You find yourself frustrated alongside Kinsey as Solana stays one step ahead of her.

This had me absolutely hooked. I loved the way it was written and the twists and turns. I thought the ending could have been better, but overall a great read.

Sue Grafton is one of my #autobuyauthors even though this particular story was a little creepy and cringe worthy for the especially loathsome villain. I've redone my bookcase twice since taking the picture, but her books don't move from the "special" shelf. #marchintoreading @RealLifeReading

Disturbing topics, but Grafton keeps the book from getting too dark. I don't think I'd reread it, but at least it had a lot of Henry!
