I didn‘t dislike this book but didn‘t love it much either. YA novel about a girl whose life has gone completely off the rails who doesn‘t know how to ask for help getting it back, tackling some very difficult issues. I appreciated the friendships at the heart of it and the issues it confronted but I wasn‘t that into it and didn‘t connect with the characters that much. It didn‘t feel like the type of YA that works for people of all ages really.

"Falling into Place" is a sad story which tackles some difficult subjects, from bullying to drug use to suicide. It's certainly not a happy read and is quite emotional at times. Unfortunately this book wasn't for me, I couldn't connect with the main character and this seriously affected how I felt about the whole thing - 1 star.

Started this short contemporary last night and I'm almost done. It's an interesting story and I am curious to see how it ends.

Good, but very emotional. Despite all her faults, I especially liked Liz's character. The only thing I had a problem with was how there was no good person in the school except Liam- everyone, even the background characters mentioned once, had huge issues. Still, it's worth a read.

It‘s hard to lie when the truth is dying in front of you.

This isn't on my TBR, but it is definitely a book title that could describe my life. Recently I've been feeling as if everything is just falling into place, and I'm really starting to discover who I am. #24in48

It was a good novel based on loneliness and people's perceptions of others are never what they seem to be. The main character of this story was having to deal with eating disorder and depression.

She cannot bear to catch fireflies in jars. She hates zoos. She will not let her father teach her about constellations, because she will not trap the stars.

She lives in a world made entirely of sky.
