Love the story, but not the writing..

Silva is one of my favorite espionage writers and I will happily suspend disbelief any time Gabriel Allon is planning on saving the world.

Day 3 #AllTheBooksOf2017 #BestSequelYouRead I only read 3 sequels in 2017: so while this wasn‘t a favorite Gabriel Alon book, it was my favorite sequel of 2017

So some of you may remember that a while back I won one of Liberty's giveaways (😆) - but you would not believe the trouble I've had with my post office holding it hostage! Seriously, I know I live in Brooklyn but I've never had them give me so much trouble about leaving a package on my stoop.

Listened to this latest Gabriel Allon installment on audiobook. I cannot get enough of this series. Still running strong.

It took me about 100 pages to really get into the latest installment of the Gabriel Allon series but once I was hooked, I was fully invested. In fact my hubby's friend called me a #bookHermit because I was so antisocial all day preferring the book over his company 😜For Silva fans this book doesn't disappoint ❤️

Gabriel Allon is a great character. Starting the latest in this series tonight...

Just so you where I get it from, this is my dad's to read pile while on vacation. And they all will be read by the end of the week.

Another splendid installment in the Gabriel Allon series. I love these books.

Seriously behind in this #24in48 but I am loving the latest Gabriel Allon novel by Daniel Silva.

Israeli secret agent Gabriel Allon has unfinished business with the terrorist known as Saladin. After an attack in London, Allon is determined to put his nemesis down. The book has a tight plot and some fully developed supporting characters. If you are a Daniel Silva fan, you won't be disappointed in his latest effort.

Working my way though this as slowly as I can and enjoying every minute. Silva is a terrific storyteller!

I am conflicted over this book. I want to race through it to see what happens but I also want to savor it because there won't be another one for at least a year. Anyone else have similar feelings about books?

My husband and I walked through the Boston public gardens yesterday, and I kept noticing perfect places to sit and read....this garden was my favorite.
