I should be tired of zombies by now, but I can't seem to get enough right now. ?
This book is brilliant. I love how Max Brooks took the topic of zombies and turned it into a "how-to" book. He addresses everything from weapons, home defense, to rebuilding the world. Humorous and enjoyable.

Putting my tracking sheet together for #OutstandingOctober. Thank you @Andrew65 for hosting it. I'm hoping to log lots of hours for #TeamHarkness.

A fun and strangely informative book, I now feel a bit more confident in my abilities if I should encounter the Undead. I listened to the audiobook version often while running and found I was posting faster times- result! The film I am most looking forward to seeing (though it might be blu ray rather than cinema at this rate!) is Zombieland 2
I loved the first one and can‘t wait to see how they have been surviving all this time!
The zombie survival guide is essential reading for us civilians!
Packed full of advice on identification, disposal, weaponry, packing, defending the home, climate considerations, and anecdotal evidence of the notable outbreaks that have occurred to date, no novice should be without it!
And as you can see, it can even be bought as a deck of flash cards for quick reference! Get yours today. 🧟♀️🧟♂️

Thanks for the #taxdaygiveaway @CareBear !! So generous. 😍 Something that makes me happy are my kids and my books. This is an oldie of my girls helping me purge a lot of my books.
Looking forward to the read

2. They feel no fear, why should you?
3. Use your head: cut off theirs.
4. Blades don't need reloading.
5. Ideal protection = tight clothes, short hair.
6. Get up the staircase, then destroy it.
7. Get out of the car, get onto the bike.

Enjoyed this as my last read of 2016, making my grand total 105 books (5 over my target) I'm very proud of this as only 3 years ago I manage 35 books and so I've well and truly picked up my reading bug again.... now to decide on my Goodreads challenge for 2017 😬
#titlesstartingwithxyz #seasonsreadings2016. I think chocolate and Kahlua will be essential to survival in the event of a Zombie Apocalypse 💀
Perfect #ebookdeal for October! This one has been on my Goodreads TBR for a while 👻
While the use of zombie tropes was well done and researched, the tone itself was too clinical and, sadly, boring.
