Was not expecting a graphic novel when I ordered this book.....what a pleasant surprise 😜
It‘s a really nice book about core values, culture, and delivering happiness in business. You get to know Tony‘s journey pursuing them and his quirkiness, how he cultivated it within Zappos and ultimately outside of Zappos aiming to change the world.
If you are an entrepreneur or have entrepreneur spirit, and want to (or wonder how to) align your life goal and higher purpose with your own core values, this book is for you. ⭐️
I have a job interview here next week. Not Zappos, but the actual Delivering Happiness company, which grew from the book. Cross all your fingers for me!!
What an unexpected burst of happiness you brought to my heart @LaraReads !! I am absolutely completing the “answer and pass along” (how fun!!). Thank you so much for my book!! I‘ve been wanting to read “All American Boys” for awhile now. I feel like I can‘t stop smiling 😁

Cuddling with my dog is something that always makes me smile. ☺️She loves to cuddle, and always gets very excited and starts hopping around and spinning when she sees me carry a book and blanket out to the couch. 😂She can always tell if I need extra love because my anxiety is bad, and she will squeeze herself as close to me as she possibly can/half lay on me to make me feel better. ❤️🐶
Books and hot coffee are the two things that never fail to make me happy! Head over to @CareBear ‘s profile for a fun giveaway. Thanks for sharing the love! 😍😍

Happiness is getting your BOTM selection (Little & Lion), your monthly book from My Lit Box (What We Lose) & your pre-ordered book from Amazon (A Kind of Freedom) all on the same day!! Along with the green tea that I ordered it was a great surprise to come home to today!!!!
It's school holidays & I have a day off today with the kids. They asked to go shopping to spend some pocket money. I'm already feeling the joy at the expectation of buying some books today for myself 😁
⭐⭐⭐Part memoir, part collection of blog posts/ essays, part business book this was a real look into the life of Tony Hsieh and the history of Zappos.com. While often kind of off topic compared to other business books, the honesty in the many stories of success and failure really drove home the point Hsieh was making about finding a purpose. I found this book fun and a little weird, which I think was the point.
This is more of a memoir. It's marketed as a business book because it deals a lot with Zappos' culture. Culture cannot be replicated it has to be built. 2takeaways from the book that are things important to the Zappos team/company culture and customer service. When people love where they work they often serve the customer better.
