Getting starting on my 12th book of #20in4, and still going! Hoping to make it to 14 complete books by the end of the Readathon! @Andrew65

Don't bother.
I've seen a lot of criticism based on her psychiatry, but I'm not a psychiatrist so I won't comment on her science. But I am a lawyer, so I feel qualified to say that everything she says about lawyers & the legal system is just plain wrong. She comes across as arrogant and rude - she says horrible things about victims, prisoners, guards, & other psychologists. I did the audiobook read by her too, so am not reading tone into it.
Yeah I‘m not buying this. It‘s outdated for one and some of the things she describes (like an inmate in a hypnotic trance getting blisters on his hand while reliving a fire) I just don‘t believe. Plus the audio narration isn‘t great. On to something else!
Interesting read. Good insight.
You definitely have to have a specific set of interests to enjoy this book, but I happen to have those interests so I liked it quite a bit. Phycology mixed with serial killers, what could go wrong? It's really well written and is told in a truthful tone that I really appreciated! #killerbook
