I love this editor's note and the way that silver age comics broke right through the fourth wall to explain things to readers. I also love how annoyed the good Doctor looks in this drawing. It's like he is personally pissed at Stan Lee for forgetting to give him an origin.

I'm supposed to be baking chocolate chip cookies for a Christmas party, but I got distracted by the Doctor Strange Kindle sale on Amazon. How can I bake if I don't find out how the Human Torch escapes my new favorite villain, Paste-Pot Pete?

I saw Dr. Strange tonight. I quite enjoyed it. I never read comic books, but I love a good comic book movie. This is in The Avengers universe. We definitely will be seeing Benedict Cumberbatch in the future. And Stan Lee was reading The Doors of Perception by Aldous Huxley in his cameo. It made me giggle.
