Yet again another fantastic read. The only two things i will say is that after the big battle i felt the ending was a little too drawn out. Also am i to assume Jace and Clary will be getting another series following thay cliffhanger? ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This was the first time I had read a book written by this author. It was okay. A little bit predictable as I guess who the killer was quite early on. ⭐⭐⭐

I really enjoyed this book. I actually felt sorry for the German soldiers because they were just doing as they were told.

I stupidly watched the film after finishing the book.....I was not impressed with it!

The only thing I would say about the story, with so many different characters it was sometimes difficult to follow. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was really disappointed in this book. I really enjoy The Lincoln Lawyer series, and thought I would try another one of his novels. I really wish I hadn't. I spent the whole time reading this novel thinking this would never happen! The only good thing is it didn't make it to my dnf list. ⭐

They killed the dog!! I know the dog was protecting its owner, but why did the dog have to die!

Not a great book, but easy to read. I do feel there are still some unanswered questions.

🌟🌟🌟(got 3 because i like the author - if it was a new author i would have given 2, especially after killing the dog!)

I have really enjoyed this series, and i feel this book concluded the series really well. It brought all the books together, particularly the last paragraph of the book linking to the opening lines of the first book. I will admit i got a little bit emotional when Shrike sat for years watching over the bodies of Tom and Hester. It reminded me of a loyal dog lying on its owners grave. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

🌟🌟🌟🌟 This book is an honest account of the horrors of Auschwitz. Everyone should read this book in order to never forget the horrors of the past. The reason i gave it 4stars is because it is beautifully written. However, i found it difficult to follow all the characters introduced as they would appear,&then not be heard of for another couple of chapters. By which time you have been introduced to several other characters. #LitsyAtoZ2020

I really enjoyed this book.

The old romantic in me was not happy about the ending, in fact i was gutted about the outcome.it was one of those situations where you wished you could unread what you have read to stop it from happening. However, i can see why it had to end like that.

Its a really easy read, and i would highly recommend it. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I struggled with this book. I found part 3 was the best part of the novel, but i feel the story had dragged on a little bit. This cpuld be because i was listening to it as an audio, and i may revist the trilogy again at a later date. 🌟🌟🌟

I really enjoyed this book, but probably not as much as the others. Hester as a character has really started to annoy me and i think that has kind of spoilt it for me. Still a good read though. 🌟🌟🌟🌟

This book is fantastic, it is beautiful written with two narrators. This book highlights a massive divide among the americans because of the colour of their skin. Everyone is guilty of stereotyping and are not even aware that they are doing it and this is clear in this book.

I read this book as part of the big library read and i am really glad i did! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Wow! I have never read any of Michael Morpurgo's books, and i am so glad i started with this one. This book is so powerful! It is well written and tells the honest truth of the men who fought in the wars. It highlights the strength of brotherly love as brothers and conrades. Even though it is a story about ww1 it is still unique.

Wow! I can not recommend this book enough! It takes a little while to get use to the 4 different narrators, but it is so worth it. The 4 different narrators draw you in, and you find yourself living through what the charactersare experiencing. The 4 narrators allows the reader to see there were innocent people living in Hitlers Germany and guilty ones as well. With the innocent ones out weighing the guilty. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Absolutely loved this book. I loved the characters and how easily the plot flowed. I did start to get a little bit annoyed when there was no explanation on what had happened to society to result in this way of life. However, with one sentence half way through the book i was given the answer. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

What these women went through is horrendous and i felt for them with every word i heard.
