#BOTM selection! What did you choose!? #bookofthemonth
This book is very intriguing, and keeps you guessing. As the end of the book neared I thought to myself, is this really it? But no, it wasn‘t it. It took off in a completely different direction than I thought it would. Alicia will mesmerize you, and you start questioning everyone who has ever had contact with her. Definitely pick this book up! I‘m going to give is a 4.5 ⭐️ rating because I do wish the ending wasn‘t as rushed as it was.
Ella goes to Oxford, falls in love with her professor, sounds familiar right? I thought this would be a standard romance but it wasn‘t. You have a smart, independent, and focused female lead who learns some lessons along the way but her love story doesn‘t change those important aspects of her. This book certainly surprised me in wonderful ways! My only question is how she did everything she did with being a Rhodes scholar! #bookreview myoxfordyear
Educated by Tara Westover will go down as one of my favorite non fiction, and probably of both non and fiction books. Her retelling of her life growing up with a survivalist, paranoid father, complacent mother, and abusive brother and how she transformed into the person she is today is incredible. Read it now. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Thanks to my Secret Spivester for these two books!! I love them! Are you a part of the #spiveys📚club on Facebook? You should be! This is an amazing group of book lovers 💛💜
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Lazlo is a member of the Speculative Service, which enforces the rule of the Golden State: truth. Residents retreated to the Golden State when truth telling became obsolete & lies became viral, making governance impossible. I found this a fascinating read, considering our current climate of questioning our own media and politicians truth. I wish there was a bit more at the end but overall I found the plot very enjoyable. #botm #bookreview
I got my February #bookofthemonth ! I chose Early Riser by Jasper Fforde, a dystopian novel about a time when the winters are not suitable for humans and humans hibernate during the winter. Then a viral outbreak of dangerous dreams happen! Sounds like a great read and I am excited to sit down with it. What did you choose? #botm #bookworm #bookmail
My pick for #bookofthemonth February. I‘ve been wanting to read books other than thrillers and mysteries and this sounded so intriguing! It‘s about an alternate world where humans hibernate during the winter but their dreams can have deadly consequences! 😯 #botm #booksubscription
I recently bought the Mittagong for my bed. I needed a back support for when I read in bed which is my usual go to spot for reading. I was using a 10 yr old beat up Euro pillow that wasn‘t cutting it! This is perfect for reading! It‘s on the firmer side but still pretty comfortable. I just started Golden State today. First dystopian book I‘ve read in a while and I am excited to read it! #botm #Husbandpillow
I usually stick with thrillers and mysteries but I heard so many good things about this I decided to read it. And wow. You‘ll love some of the characters, and you‘ll strongly dislike others. And some of the ones you diskliked in the beginning may surprise you by the end. This is a book about a girl who experiences a life altering event and her world is upside down. This book is about second chances, adapting to changes, and resiliency. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
You can‘t fix everything. Not even close. But you can look for reasons to be grateful. More than that, you can work to create them. #bookquotes #howtowalkaway
It‘s almost 11pm at night and this is the first moment I‘m opening my book today. Last night and today I sparked some joy with my closet and dresser (still a lot more to go), took a nap for 3 hours because of a headache, went grocery shopping (sat night is the best time to go IMO) and cooked some Keto Pizza. Now let‘s do some reading by a little light and call it a day! What did you do today!?
I usually read thrillers and mysteries but was in the mood for something different. I know people love this book so I thought I‘d give it a try! #whatiamreading #bookworm #howtowalkaway

When you have so many books on your TBR section, how do you choose!? #bookdilemmas
Holy Guacamole did this book throw me for a loop! There were so many twists and turns. Once you thought you had something figured out, the page after throws you a curveball. Darby is on her way to visit her mother and gets derailed by a snow storm and ends up in a rest stop with 4 other people. she then discovers a young girl trapped in the back of a van. What follows is a nightmare of trying to survive with no exit. #bookreviews
I thoroughly enjoyed my book club tonight! We read Dark Places by Gillian Flynn. I read it a while ago but I couldn‘t remember much so I re-read it. I enjoyed the book but enjoyed the discussion more. Did you read this book? What are your thoughts on it? If you belong to a book club what book are you reading for it now? #bookclub #darkplaces
I just started this book tonight and I know it‘s going to be a hard book to put down!
