I am definitely going to be a mood reader for this Readathon. I am going to work on a few books for BuddyReads, but mainly, it's whatever I find in the next week to read I'll post.

Audio Crafting. I love embroidery and a good book to listen to. Anne drove me crazy with her insistent talking. The MC of this book was fantastic. I cried at the end. I must say it was written and published in 1908 and it showed in the thinking of the time. Overall, it was a good book. #LitsyCrafters @CatsandBooks

I never wanted to read this book even though I'm a Canadian. The tv shows used to drive me nuts. But then I needed to do an audio book so I could do embroidery. I'll post that later. I heard a story on the news this morning on how to beat the January Blues. So, I thought I would do a #JanuaryBluesReadathon. Escaping in a book to either a warm place or a cold place with warm characters is a wonderful way to beat those January Blues.

One of the best life lessons for kids is to learn how to count money. When I have a kid come to my booth with a handful of change, I help them count it and teach them how much they need to buy what they want.They usually just drop all they have with such enthusiasm until they realize they don't have enough. Oh dear, I say. Parents don't realize how bad a vendor can feel when little eyes get sad.Then I give in and give it for whatever they have.

#Celebrate NF written by Gorden Lightfoot about an event that happened on Lake Superior Nov 10th 1975 where 29 lives were lost with this wreck. When he wrote this song, his producers told him it was too long, but Lightfoot was adamant with the length

5. I saw the most amazing sunset tonight. It was -27 celcius this morning. It's great to make ice on the lake for ice fishing season

This is book 17.5 book in the series containing 2 books. It was different. A case that was never solved ends up in Eve Dallas lap years later. We see characters grow as well both in the 1st and 2nd half of the book. I enjoyed this month's book in the series very much. #Read2025 @DieAReader
