The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo blew me away! I was not expecting to adore this book as much as I do! I have a feeling that it will be on every favourite list I write for many years to come. Taylor Jenkins Reid is an excellent writer, and I have now added all her other books to my TBR on goodreads.

The Girls: A Novel | Emma Cline

so-so

Emma Cline is a great writer, but I wanted more from this book. It is more of a coming of age story than a book about a cult. I didn't connect with the characters.
