Ok Friends. I'm at the hospital where hubby had surgery Friday- which has turned into a stay in the ICU, and at this point maybe in the hospital for 20 days. Picked this up in the gift shop- anyone know anything about it, looks like a series maybe, but I'm thinking of just starting it and hoping for the best?

Hi Friends- wanted to share my haul from the Centenary College Book Fair in Shreveport, LA. I'm here for two weeks while hubby has surgery and the annual book sale fell on this Fri and Sat. I got all these new friends for less than $15!!
Excited is a huge understatement as y'all can probably relate!

Spending this day sick in bed with what started out as allergies but I feel is turning into something else! 😷 Started reading this one and so far so good. Two kindles you may wonder- #kindlefire for reading while sitting up and #kindlepaperwhite for reading when laying down. #kindlelove

Halfway thru this one- and loving it so far. Reading 5 books at once, so I'm way behind on listing them! #bookishproblems #toomanyTBR!

Just started this while keeping my grandson, despite mixed reviews I was intrigued so giving it a go.

Started this light read after Siracusa- so far so funny! And the kindle price couldn't be beat!

Started and finished this one in a day. Thought it was a good light read which is nice sometimes. Loved how the characters each had a viewpoint/chapter and the coming together of all involved. Couple of editing issues but nothing major. But this paperback was HEAVY!, anyone else think so?!?! Glad I finished in one day and didn't have to tote this tome in my bag on Monday errands!

My first BOTM club pick! I know everyone was kind of split on the reviews, but the other selections didn't grab me, and I skipped last month- so giving this one a try.

Traveling today and had to stop by Barnes & Noble to get my monthly bookshots. I'm not a romance reader and this month 2 of the selections are romance reads- but I couldn't help myself. I adore these little "book-lets"!

I ordered this from Amazon for one cent plus $3.99 shipping and I want to tell y'all this is probably one of the best books I've ever read! One of the few books I opened and started reading that moment instead of adding to the stack. A "guy" book maybe, but I loved it and hated for it to end!!
