The first few chapters of this book already captured my interest. It was such an easy read that I found myself not wanting to put it down. The ending caught me by surprise, but tied the entire book together. It gave the book a different level of depth and meaning.

Lockhart's narrative invited me to experience the world Cadence was in, so much so that the story's ending moved me to tears.

Definitely a must-read.
