Just finished this amazing tale. Whitehead was able to blend bits of "fantasy" into a harrowing and heartwarming story that will stay with me for a very long time. I highly recommend!!

This whole trilogy was riveting. The combination of story, language and graphics transform this important part of our history into a living, breathing experience. Especially given the racial issues we continue to deal with in our country today, this should be required reading!
