TieDyeDude I heard about this! I re-watched The Batman this weekend, and the first episode of The Penguin. It was my first rewatch, and I kinda forgot just how good it is! The Penguin had a good start, too. 2mo

For the first time I couldn't select Batman! Wouldn't watch the third film in the trilogy, The Dark Knight Rises. Skipped, Batman and Superman because I could never understand Superman's problem with Batman 😂. And while I did catch the newest Batman film, it depressed me for like a week or two...

Batman Begins | Dennis O'Neill

For some reason, I would never watch an animated version of Batman. Strange, I love animation. Yet Batman had to be real.

How I came to watch, Son of Batman is mostly accidental & a bit wacky...long story short, I LOVED this animated flick.

I've read “about“ Bruce Wayne's son, Damian yet never found (in person) a book or movie with him. This is also my first glimpse of Nightwing

A new favorite alongside Batman Begins 👇.

TieDyeDude So this was the first in a loose trilogy of animated films, followed by Batman vs. Robin in 2015 and Batman: Bad Blood in 2016. I really liked this series; I've always thought that DC does a great job with their animated movies. Also, it is confirmed that Damian will be part of the new “connected universe“ of DC movies coming out over the next 5-10 years. (edited) 5mo

If I select favorite by actor, George Clooney. Yet, well I don't normally fan the villains, I did like Jim Carrey as the Riddler. Yet, CatWoman trying to destroy Batman while dating him as Bruce Wayne was grand...neither of them realizing who the other really is at first (just delicious).

Ok, after consideration, I will go with the Batman who fought Jim Carrey/ Riddler in Batman Forever. (edited) 5mo

dabbe I remember just how STUNNED I was at BATMAN. After the 60s serious, which was hilarious, to see it in its darker dimensions, whoah. Plus, how can you not resist playing Prince's “Batdance“ over and over again? Thanks for sharing! 🤩🤩🤩 6mo

Batman Begins | Dennis O'Neill

As some of you have learned about me, I am a “little“ obsessed with Batman...😂, I know, more like a little, overly, obsessed with Batman.

And this remains my absolute favorite story about my favorite superhero.

The first “reread“ of a book without a single, pretty illustration 🤔, and I loved just the same as I had the first time reading this book. 👇

AnnCrystal Some of this feels “reported,“ yet it seemed to fit the flow of the story.

An origin story that perfectly wraps the beginnings of Bruce Wayne's character and his making of Batman.

Wish I had kept a book journal when I was younger...read how my younger self felt about some of my gold star reads. I've only devotedly began one since becoming a Litten 😉👍.

This one keeps all of the Gold 🤩 Stars I originally gave. Excellent!

TieDyeDude I'm surprised superhero prose novels aren't more of a thing. When I was younger, I remember reading the novelization of No Man's Land and I really enjoying The Stone King JLA novel. 6mo
