My childhood Christmases were filled with family, books and things for my doll Molly 😄. I was 11 in this picture and remember this particular Christmas well. Those backgrounds were a huge hit and I played with them, and Molly, long past “doll playing age”. That dress was also a favorite of mine. I was just home visiting my parents. I haven't been there at Xmas time for many, many years. So I was flooded with memories of #xmaspast. My mum still puts out all kinds of decorations from when I was a kid. Like these plates.
A local artist made them each year and it was always exciting to see the new design. I loved them growing up and I still do. (Fortunately there's 10. My sis and I both covet them. ☺️)
