This was such a fun and empowering story!

I love fashion and I grew up in the Silicon Valley so naturally I loved the premise and thought it was executed well. The portrayal of the fashion industry and the tech industry felt current and tackled issues commonly seen in today‘s world (for example, influencers photoshopping their photos before posting them).

Read about this in #Wired. It sounds fascinating! According to the article, “These pioneers recognized the human side of tech.” Ya!

A couple things we take for granted that were designed by #womenintech: bookmarks in your browser and web categories (.com, .edu, .org). Adding this to my teetering #tbr tower.

"An original scientific paper by a woman would have been very unusual, but there was precedent for women to write translations and summaries of men's work."

ALLL THE LOVE to Lovelace for adding her notes to a paper, making it two and a half times the size of the original. ♥
