BFCR2 Wk#6 check-in. 4 out 6 books read (1 was an audiobook). I lost my momentum after I got back from vacation at the end of June. Only made my step goal 1 of 6 weeks. But I've lost weight and can fit in 2 pairs of shorts from last summer. Drinking more water than wine. So small successes. #BOTM

I didn‘t feel great this week so my steps are pretty low. I got a ton of steps Thursday at a water park but I didn‘t have my phone with me the whole time. I also got a horrible sunburn even though I applied sunscreen three times in five hours so I‘ve been taking it easy the past few days. I‘ve really enjoyed #bfcr2! Thanks @wanderinglynn for putting it all together and @crazyspine for being a great team captain!

This is my #bfcr2 weekly check in. I was sick for the first half of the week and still recovering after that. Today is the first day I got all my steps in but I knew this week would be like this so it‘s okay. I finished book 4 of 6 today as well. Might not make my six book goal but I‘ve read more than usual so I think that‘s still good. @wanderinglynn @crazyspine @Econaghan @mc916

#BFCR2 Wk 5 check-in. Still on my 3rd book, I lost my momentum after I got back from vacation at the end of June. Average weeky 8k step goal, result 6k. No excuses but the life of a work at home techie makes it very hard. On a side note I've lost 11 lbs during this time period so I'm claiming success, lol.

I‘ve been feeling poorly this week and today it finally got me. I think I‘m down with a summer cold. On a bright note: I met my step goal 3/7 days and I‘m feeling pretty good about that with how my week has been. I didn‘t finish a book this week so I‘m still 3/6 for my books. I think I can catch up though, especially since I won‘t be doing much tomorrow. I‘m going to lower my step goal next week to whatever I can manage while getting well.

Week 2 check-in: It was a struggle to get all my steps in this week but I managed it. 👍🏻 I‘ve had to back off of my strength training goal for now. I‘ll try again next week. That may just be something I can‘t do anymore. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I finished my second book so I‘m at 2 of 6 so that‘s going well.

Weekly check in: I did really well this week. I got in way more steps than I had set out to do. I finished one book and I got my strength training in. This is a pic from the extra long walk we did today.

Finished the 1/7 books for my first book and fitness challenge and met my goal of running 8 miles this week! Thanks to swim lessons for my boys and my running buddy at lessons.

I‘m half-way through this book. I will definitely be adding this to my classroom library.
