I‘m sad and hangry today (but it‘s nothing to what I‘ll be later tonight since I‘ve got a colonoscopy tomorrow) so I picked up a book that‘s been on my shelf forever. In fact, there was an unopened card in it from a Secret Santa from an email list serv that hasn‘t existed in decades! That did make me crack a small smile, remembering when I was too young for colonoscopies. 😂

pickA reread from forever and ever ago. I still enjoy Becky and all her misadventures. It‘s a bit dated, but considering all the bank letter state the month and year it didn‘t feel as out of date as it would have otherwise.
so-soI thoroughly enjoyed this book but wished I knew it was no7 of the series . When I picked this book up I don‘t realise that it was part of series until I started reading it. I will definitely go back to the start of the series to find out the references to the earlier books. It also ends leading into the next book with a lot of questions which I find a little frustrating but will read it to find out
pickIn ‘22, I finally read the first and last book in this series, so looking at my paperbacks and inspired by the yellow binding, I went for book #3. This series began 20 years ago, but for its genre, I think the series stands the test of time and I‘m entertained reading it now, even when Becky makes her life way more complicated than need be.
