I donated blood today in memory of all those lost on 9/11 and to honor my loved ones that worked that day and in the following months at Ground Zero. I‘ve read both books and just this week finished listening to the tagged book. It was a devastating listen but good to be reminded of what we went through as a country and on a personal level.

megnews I loved Only Plane when I read it this time last year. Reading Fall and Rise now and it‘s so hard too. I like the oral history setup of Only Plane better though. 4y

mrp27 @megnews That's my next 9/11 read but maybe next year. I'm still getting over Only Plane! Hard to think any audio book can do it better but still nice to listen to them all. 4y

rubyslippersreads @catebutler 13th is very hard to find. I originally got it via interlibrary loan, so maybe that would work for you too. There‘s also an impossible-to-find sequel

The Beautiful Series by Christina Lauren is a really good romance series that primarily takes place in NYC. The tagged book is my favorite couple of the series. The first couple, Bennett & Chloe, I actually dislike...but I love their friends so I kept reading 📖 I have yet to finish the series, but I will get around to it.

The Catcher in the Rye and The Age of Innocence are among my favourites. Hangman was OK, but not as good as the first book in the Ragdoll trilogy.
