Poe & me & Lady Georgianna this afternoon. Another library find. #serieslove2025
I don‘t know what it is but I can‘t get enough of this series. Following Georgie through the English countryside solving murders and helping the crown has become my ultimate comfort read and I can‘t wait for the next one.
So excited to be starting the newest title in my favorite cozy mystery series: A Royal Spyness by Rhys Bowen.
This was entertaining. It reminded me of comedy movies from the 1930s & 1940s.
"I'm looking out of my window on a misty November morning."

This was my least favorite in the series so far. Lady Georgiana goes to America with her mom, visiting New York, Nevada, and California. Chaos ensues, of course. I found the mystery on the ship more interesting than the mystery once they got to America, and wish the entire story had focused on the ship.

Another new installment on a beloved series and audiobook. Listening to this series got me thru a long bout of covid in 2020.
This has been my absolute favorite book of this series so far! It was a very Agatha Christiesque whodunit mystery with our favorite characters Georgiana, Darcy, Belinda, and Queenie.

I liked this. It was kind of fun how the author brought Coco Chanel into the story. (Author‘s note at the end suggests that Coco would have spent time in the Riviera during this time frame.)
